I think we've all had our days where things got out of hand, we overcommitted ourselves, or mentally and emotionally the day just got away from us. While I'm a firm advocate for prioritizing your day and making sure you only take on what you can handle, sometimes life happens and we get overwhelmed and frustrated. Anxiety is no joke and can really hurt the way we function throughout the day or the way we relate to other people.
I decided to do a little video on this since I have recently been struggling with serious overwhelm, and while my tactics with coping do help, I would love to learn about more from all of you.
